In the Community.

We strive for shared success within our investments and in our community

Our culture of collaboration and values inspires us to seek success both for our companies and the communities in which our teams live and work. We are grateful for our opportunities and management partnerships and consider it essential to give back to our community and encourage our portfolio companies to do the same.

Team members actively support a number of charities and not-for-profits through their time, talent and resources.

A few in particular that receive our support are:

Journey of Hope – The Ability Experience

The Ability Experience aims to change the way society views and supports people with disabilities. The Ability Experience provides grants to 200+ organizations serving people with disabilities representing communities in 41 states. A national cross country bicycling event raises funds and awareness while creating life-changing experiences for groups of young men each summer. Bruce Rogers completed the inaugural ride across the country in 1987.

Food for Thought

Food for Thought focuses on eliminating hunger in 9 of Denver’s lower income schools and counting. While students qualify for free and reduced breakfast and lunch programs during the school week, many of these kids do not have enough food to eat on the weekends. Food for Thought fills the gap by providing students with non-perishable food items to feed their families for the weekend.

The Rise School – Denver

The Rise School is an inclusive nonprofit preschool and therapy center. The Rise School’s mission is to provide high quality inclusive care, education and therapy services that ensure that all young children with and without disabilities become the best versions of themselves in a community where they belong and in the ways that are important to them and their families.

Face to Face – Colorado

Face to Face Colorado is an organization that seeks to foster an empowered and connected community of people affected by cleft lips and/or cleft palates across the state. Face to Face Colorado works with youth born with clefts, their families, friends and care providers to ensure they have the resources to thrive and be agents of social change in their communities.
