Mountaingate Capital is pleased to announce that Sue Cho has returned to the firm as Managing Director and Partner. The firm is also excited to announce the promotion of Sarah Sampson to CFO.

Sue Cho was a Senior Investment Leader at Partners Group, a Swiss-based global private equity firm prior to rejoining Mountaingate.  Before Partners Group, Sue was COO/CFO for UpPurpose, a digital marketing company serving social good organizations.  Earlier in her career, she was a private equity investor at KRG Capital Partners and The Wicks Group of Companies, and also worked in various capacities at The Walt Disney Company, specifically with ABC, Inc., the ABC Internet Group and ESPN.com.

Sarah Sampson joined Mountaingate in early 2016 as Controller and has taken on increased operational and leadership roles within the firm over her nearly seven-year tenure. Ms. Sampson is a CPA and spent her early career as an auditor with Andersen and KPMG, followed by gaining over ten years of operational finance experience inside two different financial services firms.
